International Potential Grants

This item will keep you updated on our three 'International Potential Grants' winners,

Over the weekend of 27/28 June the boys took part in National U23 and U20 championships our sponsored athletes performed the following 
U23 1500m final 6th Place Ross Clarke 3m49.08
U20 1500m final 7th place Dale Clutterbuck 3m56.68
U23 400m heats eliminated Matt Harrison 49.12

June 13th,  Ross Clarke ran a PB for 1500m on Saturday evening at the BMC Grand Prix at Watford. Ross's previous best of 3m49.12 was well beaten as he clocked 3m47.72 for 6th place and recorded his second PB in 2 weeks. This new PB qualifies Ross for an invite to the GB World Championships trials to be held in Birmingham on 10-12th July. Ross now returns to Watford next weekend where he takes part in the Southern 800m Championships with the heats scheduled Saturday 20th and the final on Sunday 21st June.
The following week (June 27/28th) he competes in the U23 1500m National Championships at Bedford and the week after, 4th July, he competes in an international 1500m race in the Cork City Games in Ireland

June 3rd. Ross and Dale took part in the 'St.Mary's Classic ' at Twickenham ,Dale ran the 1500 U/18 race and finished 2nd. in 3:55.90,Ross ran the 1500 in  3:49.7 and was 10th in the men's race

30/05 ,Ross ran a PB of 1m 51.92s for 4th place in the 800m this weekend in Manchester in the BMC Grand Prix, and  Dale Clutterbuck ran a PB the week before last for 1500m with a 3m 55.5s time at Milton Keynes BMC regional race.
